After a very stressful week, had to go purchase a new car unexpectedly. Was beyond grateful to have the pleasure of meeting Eddie Cruz. He was so understanding and easy to talk to, we had some concerns and he addressed every single one and any question he couldn’t answer he would immediately reference and then give us a response. I appreciate that he was willing to look up the information rather than just say what I might have wanted to hear. Ended up in a very cute 2025 Toyota Camry at a great price and never once felt like we were pressured at all to purchase. He did have a sales manager come out and talk to us because we wanted to visit a competitor, but their warranties and customer service were just excellent in a way that you don’t often see or experience at car dealerships, so we decided to go ahead with our purchase. Everyone was extremely pleasant and you can tell they’re just good at what they do by keeping calm demeanors and staying professional at all times. Our next purchase will hopefully be planned as I’m looking to upgrade our suv next, and I already told Eddie I’ll be calling him. Thank you so much for making a very sad and stressful experience a lot easier for us.

Grate service and Quick.

I dropped of my car for a recall on the airbags. Was greeted right away. They told me what they where going to do to the car was out in 10mins . They said car would be ready the next day. But to my surprise it was ready later that afternoon. Great service great friendly staff.

There were no surprises with the prices — everything was transparent and honest. I truly appreciated his excellent customer service!

We loved working this dealership. Heimy was our sales person and was wonderful to work with. Junior was our finance manager and was also easy to work with. No high pressure sales here at all and we actually enjoyed the car buying experience. Our son was able to get the car he wanted for a very fair price. I have already started to recommend this dealership to our friends. As for buying a car out of a high rise box clear led box I am not just ready to do that yet. So if you are looking for a dealership I highly recommend this one.

Great service, with a helpful staff

Great service department ! However, when trying to phone and reach the finance department ( several times) they don’t answer the phone. All we wanted to do was to obtain an extended warranty service contract agreement. We were told we had to speak with that department. Otherwise, the sales department and the service department are excellent!
