David Wilson auto is not a good place to go to to purchase a car to get your car serviced. They don’t even have loaners couldn’t rent a car. I just had my car service cause the battery went out and my car was only only two years old they don’t even offer a ride home, they don’t even wash your car when it was serviced. I’ve had all bad experiences with David Wilson. I will never ever buy another car again. My oil change has been. One person giving me a discount and the other one taking it away bull crap on David Wilson and I will let everybody know I spent 200 on Uber this weekend to get to work and back I’m 66 years old Had to ask for someone to come get me to pick up my car David Wilson’s it’s not a place where you would buy a car

Went to get an oil change. I had a coupon from Toyota for 20.00 off a synthetic oil change. I tried to give it to assistant service manager Mike McDermott and he said don't worry about it I got you. When I got home I looked at my receipt and he gave me a conventional oil change instead. I called him immediately and he said I'm sure the technician gave you the synthetic. It's right on his computer that I get synthetic. The technician only does what the manager orders. Mike Marudas the technician is always super great with my truck. The best technician there. McDermott said we'll I gave you the discount. Yeah for the wrong oil change. He never even bothered to call me back. So disappointed.

I would not recommend to buy a car from this dealership , purchase a sienna van Toyota 3 years ago was paying vehicle insurance on parts and labor coverage , till now’s date ,once i take it to the the dealership on Sahara and Mojave , staff tells me I don’t have warranty coverage any more , when I was still paying for it . After that salesman wanted to sale me a new vehicle and make a down payment , point of view is that they just want to make sales and take advantage in selling you a vehicle , be careful people who you sales men is .

The absolute worst car dealership experience I've ever had. This was the 6th dealership we dealt with that day. The sales rep was very inexperienced and didn't have any answers to our questions. He was very nice and polite. However, it was frustrating but tolerable. We all start our careers with no experience. So we've all been in his shoes. Then he brought over the finance manager. That guy was an absolute a-hole. Very rude and condescending while talking down to my husband. He completely ignored me. When I was the one buying the RAV4. This place was very ghetto compared to the other 6 dealerships we went to over the week of car shopping. No computers at the negotiating desks. Filled out a paper form for the cars I was interested in and then left to check inventory. Very 1980s. 🙄 If you enjoy old school a-hole car sales that plays negotiation games. This is your place. If you want to be treated with decent human respect, drive the extra 5 miles to the west Sahara location and see Alek. He's a rockstar.

No compren partes aqui en este dealer me dieron los frenos equivocados y ya habian desmontado mis frenos en el taller les llame para que me mandaran los frenos correctos dijeron que ya venian en camino espere un dia entero en el taller aguantando hambre porque no podia mover mi carro y los frenos nunca llegaron. Mejor compren autozone los dealers son un fraude. Y que ni se pongan a contestar este review si no es para devolverme mi dinero y una tarjeta de regalo como compensacion.

Going to this dealership is definitely mid. They yanked me around when I bought my car. I had a loan already approved with my credit union yet they still tried to finance me multiple times. Even when I had ordered the car they still didn't work with my credit union to transfer the funds directly because they wanted me to finance through them and then pay it off with the credit union loan. Very scummy. I'm happy with my car but in the future I would use a different dealership. Maybe things are different since I got the car but just be aware of this. Service has been alright since then, scheduling has been very easy and the visits are what you would expect, 2 hours plus wait time.
