I got my car maintenance done on Saturday and the service was great ! I got an amazing coffee that was delicious I got offered a shuttle to take me home so I don’t have to wait that long like who does that it was a great experience.

This is why a good customer relationship is so important. The Customer Relations Department led by manager Sarah Kilby has never failed to resolve an issue. Sarah Kilby’s knowledge and expertise in all aspects makes her a valued asset to the team. As long as this relationship continues so will I be a loyal customer. I drove my vehicle to Toyota Wilson kelly by the way take care of me she's absolutely what the company needs she needs to step-up, anyways I was there 06/18/2025 wednesday morning I've got an appointment for change oil and there's a recall on battery I think, when the service is done i drove my car back home the next day, I've noticed my display clock time was changed I was thinking what happened who change the time on the display clock of my vehicle i keep on thinking then suddenly I remember I went to toyota for maintenance last yesterday thats the last place I went to, and I talked to myself they didn't put the time back after the maintenance I don't know why?
