I don’t usually leave reviews, but Pedro deserves one. He was very professional, kind, and truly cared about helping me make the right decision. The whole experience was smooth thanks to them. The finance team (Jonathan and Tim) were knowledgeable and well-organized. They walked me through the paperwork, explained terms in plain language, and ensured there were no surprises. Overall, a solid and professional experience.

Wanna take a minute and just praise Justin and the service team for their exceptional customer service. I was in town for meetings and had car issue, they were able to figure out the problem and get me back on the road in a super timely manner. Great service from advisor Juan Huezo. Worked with me on using their company coupons towards the cost of my repair and oil change. At first he told me part was not available and that part and service would be complete the next day. He then text me to say part was obtained and all repairs were completed. Great communications. Always check the service specials for their coupons and inform the advisor prior to write up of work. Also got a free Starbucks $5 gift card for service today. A good day.

Well it was a first time for me taking my truck at the dealer for a service. I would had given a five star rating if it weren’t for all the grease finger print all over the truck. I’d work in an auto shop before and whenever I/we finish working on a car we always make sure that the car looks clean like it never been touch or brought to the shop. I know the technician are very busy, but a little things like that can go a long way.

We purchased two 2024 Landcruisers and a 2020 Jeep Wrangler (used) from this group. In terms of buying experience - best that I have experienced in the Vegas Valley. They do NOT pressure you constantly for all of the warranties. They present them to you and you choose to accept or decline - no games you decline then a sales manager tries to talk you into it, etc. There was absolutely zero pressure and zero games. Everything was EXTREMELY transparent. Since purchasing, we have obviously had our vehicles serviced as well. In this most recent experience the team went ABOVE AND BEYOND and quite frankly, my favorite dealership previously was Findlay Cadillac (absolutely amazing service) - I now give David Wilson Toyota the edge. I had a slight misunderstanding due to failure to read on my part. David Wilson realized that it was a technicality, and in the name of customer experience made sure that I was taken care of. They didnt have to, and if they said "no" they would have been technically right. Rather than being petty and "technically" right, they choose to do right by the customer (me) and I couldnt be happier. Customer for life with these guys. Great experience, great attitude and great resolution.

I went into the Toyota dealership not to buy a car but to get a new side view mirror for our 2012 Toyota FJ cruiser. When I was on my way out I struck up a conversation with Edgar. Little did I know that this conversation would lead to me buying a brand new 2025 Toyota 4Runner TRD off-road! We walked around the lot and looked at a lot of different Toyotas. I told him that I would be back in about a week with my wife and we would take a look together at what we we're interested in. There was no pressure. There was no hassle. There was nothing other than just showing me what they had and asking me questions about what I would like. We ended up buying the 2025 TRD off-road 4Runner and it was an incredibly smooth transaction. At one point there was an obstacle with our trade in but, that was quickly fixed and we moved to finance which was the smoothest I've ever dealt with in buying a car. All in it took about 3 hours and most of that was looking at cars. I place the ease of this whole transaction squarely on Edgar's shoulders. He may be young and new to the Las Vegas Toyota team but, he acts like a seasoned professional. Someone needs to tell him how great of a person he is. God puts the right people in your path every day and that day it was Edgar.
