I purchased a new car about 1 year ago. The process was the easiest I have ever had. Great service. Fast paperwork. In and out 1 hour. They made me feel like family. Fast forward one year later- I have now had my new car serviced and it was one of the best experiences I have had at a dealer. Fast, friendly and thorough with the service. After the great free service, I decided to bring a different car, a older 2017, and the service was great. I am a former technician and I know my car, the inspection was 100%. They informed me about a few items needed and they didn't push unnecessary fluid or repairs. They are sincere. The service took about 2 hours, which is normal for dealer, it takes time to get parts ready, dispatch the work, and for the technician to conduct a thorough inspection. DO I TRUST THEM--- YES WILL I RETURN--- YES DO I RECOMMEND THIS DEALER- YES THEY ARE 10 TIMES BETTER THAN ANY OTHER TOYOTA IN THE LAS VEGAS AREA. NOTE: THEY ARE NOT LIKE OIL CHANGE SHOPS LIKE TAKE 5 OR JIFFY. THEY GET THE JOB DONE RIGHT THE FIRST TIME. SO I CANT COMPLAIN ABOUT HOW LONG IT TOOK. FREE COFFEE AND DONUTS IN THE MORNING IS A PLUS. 5 OUT OF 5 ON THE TOYOTA SURVEY IF I GET ONE
