My salesman’s name was Sal. I highly recommend him 10/10 ⭐️ I bought a 2026 Tacoma, TRD sport from him yesterday. Not only was he knowledgeable, but he had excellent people skills and a sense of humor. He made me feel like he wasn’t in it for just the sale. He took the time to explain and educate me on the difference between trim levels and listened to what I wanted. Prior to arriving, I visited another Toyota dealership nearby and had a horrible experience. I waited one hour with my 3 year old son, and the salesman was trying to sell me a trim level and color I didn’t want. He couldn’t even locate the trucks, some new ones were “hidden” or inoperable (“the battery was dead bc it had been sitting there too long”)That was a normal occurrence there. We purchased her very first new car and the whole staff that we came in contact with were really nice including the finance person!

The service here is amazing. They do get busy but they try to make you feel welcome and are on point. I’ve been here twice and definitely recommend to get your car serviced here. After being at another Toyota dealership and basically being brushed off, I was somewhat reluctant to stop anywhere else. Fortunately Tony greeted me and went to work! The end result was I left in a 2023 Corolla! My service was equally positive when I returned for a general service check. Everyone I came in contact with was pleasant and welcoming. Alex was my main contact person; he took time to explain all the questions I had regarding the tech stuff. (I'd read the owners manual but am not very tech savvy.) In other words, I was treated like an intelligent human being, not like a stupid senior woman. (It's not just car dealerships that treat some people like less than....) How refreshing!!!
